In this cold and snowy weather, I’m sure we’re all feeling the big chill, so for this post I’m talking about the Leafy & Lovely Travel Mug (£2.99).
The idea is you fill it up with whatever tipple you like and the travel mug will keep it toasty and warmwhilst you’re out and about enjoying the countryside.
My weekends consist of Christmas, Christmas and more Christmas at the moment and there is no room for long, healthy walks in the country. So to review this product, I’ve enlisted the help of my lovely hubby who is in fact, also a teacher.
I asked him to take the Leafy & Lovely Travel Mug to work with him and test it out. I even said that if he reported back with photos, I’d let him keep it…but would he want to??
Here is a photo of the mug in action…
OK, so you may be thinking that this is a very boring photo? Possibly even the most dull photo you’ve ever seen? Well, you’d be wrong! Because what you’re really looking at is Superdrug’s utilisation of the second law of thermodynamics!! In other words. this cup is keeping Phil’s coffee nice and warm whilst he teaches his lesson.
He told me he made his coffee, put it in the mug and drank it an hour later. He also said the mug was easy to use and once opened, kept his coffee hot for longer than a regular cup. In fact he was so impressed, he bought another one for his work Secret Santa.
If you’re a teacher or know one then this could be the ideal Christmas gift. Phil said that another plus point was that he could carry his cup through rush hour traffic in the school corridors and not burn any pupils (or more worryingly, himself!).
I think the lesson from today is the Leafy & Lovely Travel Mug is a bargain and a great idea in this cold weather. It could make an excellent present for a Dad or someone who goes off rambling or even a Teacher you know who drinks too much coffee.
I think he deserves to keep his mug, don’t you?
Have a Happy Christmas,
